THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
46 year old Natasha joins the club having played for Sandy, Enfield and Tottenham Ladies. She holds a UEFA ‘B’ Licence, a goalkeeping Level 2 award and has a BSc (hons) in Coaching For Performance In Football. Plus she has coached in the Elite female game, at grassroots and Youth football and has her own business 4CornerCoaching.
Natasha says “I am really pleased to be part of the coaching set up here and looking forward to the challenges ahead”.
Keith (55) forms part of the management team as a coach where he has previously worked at Barton Rovers (Twice) and Hitchin Town. Keith holds a UEFA ‘B’ Licence, a Level 2 Goalkeeping award, coached at grassroots level and on Sundays in the North Home Counties. He also has run his own goalkeeping coaching courses.
On joining the club Keith says “I am looking forward to teaming up with Matt and Natasha again for the challenge at Arlesey”.
Graeme (44) will head the youth development in the management team where he will help younger players make the transition from youth football into the mens game. He has played for Stotfold, Barton Rovers, Potton United and Langford.
Outside of football he is a qualified Youth Worker and says “I am looking forward to seeing the club move forward and helping younger players thrive in an adult environment”.
James (32) joins us from Leighton Town where he scored 24 goals last season. His previous clubs also include Arlesey Town, St Neots, Bedford, Potton United, and Dunstable Town.
James has an FA Level 2 Coaching Award and says "Arlesey is a club I have previously played for for 5 years and the opportunity to come back to this club and to get it back to where we think it should be is a massive incentive for us".
Matt (37) has previously played and coached here at Arlesey. His previous 'played for' clubs are Stevenage Borough, Welwyn Garden City, Potton United, St Neots, Barton Rovers (also coached for a season) and Langford.
Matt, who holds an FA Level 2 Coaching award says "I love the village, the club and we want to get it back to where it belongs and we are looking forward to the challenge. There is a lot to do but it is definitely one of the reasons why we came back"
